What we collect

Information you give us — when you request service or contact us, you may share your name, phone number, email, address/ZIP, and a description of your HVAC issue.
Booking & payment information — online booking is processed by HouseCall Pro and membership payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; those providers handle payment data under their own privacy policies.
Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical information (IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

To respond to your service request, schedule appointments, and perform the work you hire us for.
To communicate with you about appointments, estimates, memberships, and follow-ups.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run our business (scheduling, payments, communications).

Text messages

If you text us or use the “Text my request” option, standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text communications.
